What data I collect
The site requires no registration and does not profile visitors. I collect only:
- Data you provide voluntarily through the contact form or by writing to the email address shown: full name, phone number, email, company or role and any information contained in your message. Requests sent through the form pass through the hosting provider, which stores them on my behalf until they are deleted, and are delivered to me by email.
- Leadership assessment data: your answers to the ten questions are processed in your browser and the score appears on screen straight away. When you fill in the fields to see the full result, the summary — full name, role, email and, where given, company, phone number and number of team members, together with the answers provided and the score — is sent through the same form and stored like any other request.
- Technical browsing data processed by the hosting provider solely to deliver and secure the service (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request), retained for a limited period in the server logs.
Why I process it and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Replying to your request and, where appropriate, arranging a first introductory call | Pre-contractual steps taken at the data subject’s request — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR | 24 months from the last contact, unless a professional engagement begins |
| Discussing the result of the leadership assessment with you | Consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, withdrawable at any time | 24 months from submission, unless a professional engagement begins |
| Site security and prevention of abuse | Legitimate interest of the controller — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR | The limited retention period of the hosting provider’s technical logs |
| Legal obligations (tax, accounting) where an engagement is entered into | Legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR | For the periods set by applicable law |
Providing the data marked as required in the form is necessary in order to reply to you: without it, your request cannot be followed up.
Who the data may be shared with
Data is neither published nor sold to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed, on my behalf and as processors, by the technical suppliers needed to deliver the service (website hosting, collection and forwarding of requests sent through the form and the assessment, email service) and, where necessary for the engagement, by consultants and professionals bound by confidentiality. Where a supplier processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place on the basis of the safeguards set out in Articles 44 and following of the GDPR (in particular the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing. To do so, simply write to info@attivitachefunziona.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
